4 Mile Wine and Mead Co.. 4 Mile Wine Co. is the first Kentucky winery / meadery in the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati Ohio / Indiana tri-state area focused solely on crafting premium meads. 4 Mile Wine Co. was created by husband and wife, Ben and Holly Studer, and is located on 4 Mile Rd. in the historic community of Camp Springs, Kentucky. Located just 20 minutes south of Cincinnati, Ohio, Camp Springs is a small rural community nestled in a valley on the east side of Northern Kentucky, near the Ohio River.
