Lakewood Vineyards, est. 1988. Finger Lakes family winery in Watkins Glen producing estate wines and offering tastings to visitors. The Seifu’s Tej, specially bottled for Ethiopian Restaurants, compliments the smoothness of honey with a distinctive, soft earthy characteristic. The floral undertones and rich honey flavors are perfect paired with highly seasoned cuisine (i.e. Ethiopian or Indian fare).
