Le Château Blanc
Le Château Blanc. Le Château Blanc is a family-run beekeeping business located just minutes from downtown Rimouski. In the late 1980s, Jean-Guy was assisting his father-in-law, Charles Ruest, with his beekeeping when he decided to acquire his own hives. With the collaboration of his wife, Suzanne, the project grew, and in 1988, the founders established Le Château Blanc. Over the years, the business has experienced continuous growth while maintaining its family spirit. On May 1, 2018, their daughter, Mireille, became the sole owner of the company.
