Kvasir's Mead, est. 2021. Come unwind with a tasting at our Meadery, located on a working farm here on the Big Island.
You’ll sample a lineup of handcrafted Meads made with real ingredients — some we grow ourselves, others sourced from small-scale farms across the island.
Then we’ll take you behind the scenes in our production space. You’ll get a firsthand look at how we turn raw honey, fruits, herbs, and botanicals into bold, flavorful Meads.
After that, we’ll head out for a walk through our tropical rainforest and native ʻŌhiʻa forest — the same land where many of those ingredients are grown.
The terrain’s raw and uneven, so make sure you’ve got closed-toe shoes.

Sources honey within a very tight radius of where the mead is produced and consumed.
