Mānoa Honey & Mead, est. 2020. Our raw Hawaiian honeys are created from the elements of paradise. Lush tropical flowers, island sunshine, gentle showers, trade winds, and mauka rainbows — all contribute to their unique taste.
We harvest some of the world’s best honey from the most remote islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. We raise bees all around O’ahu. Hot, dry west side of O’ahu is a prime location for our White Kiawe Honey. On the other side of the island, our bees forage on Christmas Berry blossoms near the coastline of the North Shore. We harvest fresh bee pollen daily in central O’ahu. Every apiary has unique flora that offers special and distinguished honey flavors.
In 2020, we launched our first batch of mead to the local Hawaii market.
We use Hawaiian honey and tropical fruits to make mead that is crisp, fruity and refreshing with light bubbles. Perfect to enjoy in the hot and humid Hawaiian climate.
